Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
🔹 Wear & Tear: Natural product degradation due to regular use is not covered under warranty.
🔹 Customer-Induced Damage: Any misuse, accidents, or improper handling will immediately void the warranty. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
🔹 Proof Requirement: For any non-human-related quality issues, customers must provide photos or videos as proof for warranty claims.
🔹 Faulty Item Reporting: If an item is delivered faulty, customers must report it with photo or video proof within 48 hours.
Circumstances that Void the Warranty
The warranty is automatically void if the product is misused, modified, or tampered with, including but not limited to:
❌ Flashing hardware or rooting the device
❌ Opening the product for unauthorized repairs
❌ Modifying, deleting, customizing, or exchanging components
❌ Using the device in an inappropriate manner
❌ Continuing to use the product after a fault occurs, causing further damage
