Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
🔹 Wear & Tear: Natural product degradation due to regular use is not covered.
🔹 Customer-Induced Damage: Misuse, accidents, or improper handling void the warranty.
🔹 Proof Requirement: Photos/videos must be provided to support any non-human-related issue.
🔹 Faulty Item Reporting: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our warranty team. Coverage is limited to discounted replacement parts or partial repair cost contributions, where such parts or services are available. Full product replacements are not covered. Products must not be used by individuals under 18 years of age. Warranty is only valid where the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and not the result of misuse, improper assembly, or user damage. No refunds will be issued without the return of the original item. Returns are only accepted if they meet the conditions set out in our Return Policy. Items returned without prior approval or outside the allowed return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
